Good food, great deals during week day, kids love the arcade, while parents have some decent refreshing adult drinks 😁
Could use a few more games for the size of the place. Overall, fun place.
The pizza was the most average pizza, the wings were surprisingly better than expected with a nice crunch. Staff was quick and helpful. It was a family friendly environment but some of the arcade machines needed better maintenance.
We just had a birthday party for our daughter who turned 7. The Staff was amazing and accommodating in every way. Henry surprised our little girl with a gift when we got there, Him and Clarissa are the best! They were so nice and willing to help with any request we had with a smile on their faces, without any wait or hesitations, and it was a busy Saturday. We had the best time with our family and friends. Thank you to the team holding it down tonight, your efforts are very much appreciated. We will continue to go here in the future and recommend Megabites for events, and family nights out to all our friends. Thank you both very much for helping make our little girl's birthday a day to remember! -Alex & Michelle
We just threw my daughter's birthday party here and was very disappointed in the service. Our waitress barely checked in on us and we had to track her down multiple times to have basic things like forks and napkins. I had one guest literally eating her salad with her fingers because she was tired of waiting. We over ordered about 15 cups for drinks and they were literally still stacked and empty in the front of the room, but she wouldn't take them off our hill because she "already brought them out." Our game card was supposed to have an hour and a half of free play on it, but it went empty after 45 minutes. I had a guest show up late and the pizza was cold so he asked our waitress if she could heat it up please and she said no. Then he asked if he could order something then and she said no because the party was going to be over soon. At the end, they rushed us out with 15 minutes of our time remaining. Megabites itself was nice, but I was HIGHLY disappointed in the service. We spent $500 just ourselves not even including what our guests spent and our service sucked. I would consider looking elsewhere if you're planning a party.
Very nice/clean/fun family establishment. Manager here takes pride in providing a good atmosphere and good service. Our kids love going to this place and the arcade is kept very well. Great beer offerings, I love the beer towers !! My only suggestion to management is that I really wish the restaurant had a larger pizza size to offer more value. While the pizza here is pretty good the large size pizza here could almost quality for a medium and with a basic Large 2 topping size pizza here starting out at over $20, one large family I definitely going to need to purchase at least 2-3 pizzas just to feed everyone. Pizza size aside great job Megabytes on providing and maintaining the best Family Fun Restaurant in the Hemet/San Jacinto valley!!!
The food is pretty good. And the customer service is cool. But the atmosphere is off. First impression at the door is it's like a Chuck E Cheese.
Then you walk inside and the tables are set up weird. The many TVs are ALL on sports, even though nothing about it says sports bar. And the arcade is in a separate room.
So, you can't see the little kids. Which means you have to go with them to keep your eyes on them. Oh yeah. And there's a bar where your back is to the TVs.
It's just set up weird. Is it for kids, sports fans or families? They need to pick a target market. 🙄 And CATER to THOSE people.
Just did my daughter's 4th birthday party here. Was decent for the price. Sadly there was lots of parties that same day our tables were right in the walk way as everyone came through the door. The waitress also spelt sprite on one of my guest while she did apologize she still didn't offer anything better than just a bunch paper towels to fix it. Vs maybe a actual towel from the back. Or ya know bill adjustment. Also the projectors need to be adjusted many more people would come for the UFC fights and or football if they would. 1. Replace the bulbs and 2 correctly aim them. Buffalo wild wings does much better and even theirs suck. Manager needs to care more and he'd get more business for football weekends if he made watching more enjoyable.
